Boreholes Project for Abu Qir Sea Port Power Station

Monorail Power Station

The Monorail Power Station in Sheikh Zayed plays a crucial role in supporting Egypt’s expanding monorail infrastructure by ensuring a stable and efficient power supply. This project encompassed a multidisciplinary approach, combining civil, architectural, and electromechanical engineering expertise to develop a reliable power station that meets high operational and safety standards. The civil engineering scope involved designing and constructing a robust foundation and structural framework capable of withstanding environmental and load-bearing challenges. Architectural planning ensured that the facility was optimized for functionality, accessibility, and seamless integration with surrounding infrastructure. Electromechanical engineering was a key aspect of the project, focusing on the installation of advanced electrical systems for power distribution, as well as mechanical components required for station operations. High-efficiency electrical and control systems were implemented to enhance power reliability and ensure uninterrupted service for the monorail network. By integrating cutting-edge technology with engineering precision, the project contributes to the advancement of Egypt’s public transportation system, supporting sustainable urban mobility and enhancing infrastructure resilience.

Propylene Station Project

The Propylene Station Project in Port Said required specialized engineering solutions to address critical alignment and timing challenges within the gas distribution network. A key aspect of the project involved resolving the issue of adjusting corner angles in the air system to facilitate precise gas flow regulation. This optimization was crucial in ensuring efficiency and safety in gas transmission. Additionally, precise timing adjustments were implemented to synchronize gas flow with operational demands, enhancing overall system performance. The project also focused on fine-tuning the time fraction of the underground pipeline network to achieve seamless coordination between various distribution lines. By employing advanced engineering techniques and precise calibration methods, the project successfully improved the stability and efficiency of the station’s operations, ensuring safe and reliable gas distribution across the network.

Green Waves Mall Construction Project

This project involved critical geotechnical and structural monitoring to ensure the safety and stability of both the new construction site and the surrounding built environment. Due to the potential risks associated with ground movement, continuous subsidence monitoring was conducted on adjacent buildings to detect any shifts or settlement that could compromise their structural integrity. Additionally, comprehensive inspections were carried out on all construction elements to verify their compliance with engineering specifications and safety standards. This included thorough assessments of foundations, load-bearing structures, and material quality to prevent potential failures and ensure durability. Given the project’s urban setting in Port Said, the implementation of precise monitoring systems and structural evaluation methods was crucial in mitigating risks and maintaining the stability of neighboring properties. By combining advanced surveying techniques with structural engineering expertise, the project contributed to the safe and sustainable development of the construction space.

Grand Egyptian Museum Garage

The construction of a garage for the Grand Egyptian Museum is a critical infrastructure project aimed at accommodating the expected high influx of visitors while preserving the integrity of the surrounding historic landscape. Given the location’s proximity to one of the world’s most significant cultural heritage sites, the project required extensive geotechnical studies to assess soil stability, bearing capacity, and potential settlement risks.

Qaha and Edfina Food Industries Complex Project

This project involved conducting advanced soil mechanics studies and concrete quality assessments for the Qaha and Edfina Food Industries Complex in Sadat City. The work focused on evaluating soil properties to ensure optimal foundation design and structural stability. Additionally, rigorous concrete testing was performed to verify compliance with industry standards, ensuring the durability and safety of the complex. By implementing high-precision laboratory techniques, the project contributed to the development of a structurally sound and high-quality industrial facility.
